Pro subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store (in-app purchase) are managed entirely by Google — refund and cancellation requests for those go through your Play Store account. Email us only if Google's flow isn't working as expected.

Editorial: blog corrections, tips, and suggestions

We hold the blog to a real editorial standard, and we're grateful when readers catch errors. If you've spotted a factual mistake, a misattributed photo, an outdated specification, or an identification we got wrong:

Privacy and data deletion

For data deletion requests, GDPR / CCPA inquiries, or any other privacy-related questions, see our Privacy Policy for the standard details, then email us if your request isn't covered there. The short version: we don't store the photos you submit, we don't maintain user accounts beyond the email used for web Pro purchases, and we honor server-side data deletion requests within 30 days.

Response time and availability

The team operates on U.S. business hours (Monday-Friday). We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during that window. Urgent app-blocking issues — payment failures, account lockouts — typically get same-day responses; less time-sensitive questions (editorial, business, general) may take up to two business days.

We don't operate a phone support line. Email gives us a written record, lets us route to the right team member, and avoids voicemail-tag — all of which lead to faster resolution than a phone queue would.
